Particular attention is paid to how investors, both lenders and equity holders, will view additional capital investment. We will recommend specific actions which will address any deficiencies noted. The rate charged by lenders and equity holders is based upon the risk those stakeholders perceive to be associated with the investment. Through interviews, review of historic performance, industry and economic trends, we project a future "snapshot" of your business. Returns to investors, both debt service and earnings, are generated by on-going operations. It is the performance of these operations over future periods that is the key to the value of the investment. We will pay particular attention to cash flows from operating activities.
